● Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery

exchange unless they are defective or damaged

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 
● Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons) 
● Gift cards 
● Clearance or final sale items

4. Refunds

● Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect

● Exchanges are subject to product availability

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product: 
● Contact us within 3 days of delivery 
● Provide clear photos of the issue for verification 
We will offer a replacement or full refund after review.

7. Return Shipping

● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered 
● We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
